The long spikes are about 4 inches long ant the shorter ones are are about 2 3/4 inches long 

it is available in multiple neck sizes

m = 12 3/4 to 14 1/2 inches 

l = 13 3/4 to 15 3/4 inches 

xl = 14 1/2 to 17 inches 

 the spikes are attached to the  collar with 

large stainless steel screws  and are quite durable 

but must be kept out of direct sunlight and extreme heat
